  • Quarterly user surveys of residents, caregivers, and clinical partners monitor product effectiveness and authentic alignment with our values.

2. Data Privacy & Protection

We prioritize your right to privacy. Our systems follow national data protection laws and align with ethical standards such as the Montréal Declaration for Responsible AI Development.

  • 100% of users must review and consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before activation.
  • No data is shared with third-party platforms or advertisers without consent.
  • Following Quebec Law 25, privacy impact assessments are conducted prior to data transfers and an internal Privacy Officer is responsible for supervising compliance.
  • Individuals may request that the use of their personal information be stopped at any time.

3. Transparency & Accountability

  • 100% of our team will complete yearly training on ethics, privacy, and data protection.
  • Regular updates will be made to the Ethical Commitments webpage reflecting our current policies and alignment with emerging trends.
  • Bias risk assessments are conducted during development to avoid data training bias.
  • System errors are logged and analyzed for real-world impact and recurrence.

5. Governance & Oversight

We apply checks and balances to how our systems are built, maintained, and used.

  • A Responsible AI Officer is designated to lead ethical evaluations and system approvals.
  • Annual compliance checks cover internal development, vendor partnerships, and third-party tools.
